In addition, you can lounge comfortably by one of the property's two outdoor pools, get in a few swings at the putting green, play billiards or shuffleboard in the community room, take your youngster to the tot lot play area, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities.

The Neighborhood:
Lush grounds, sunny skies, and palm trees abound at this comfortable Davie property. But that's not all; there are plenty of exciting—and delicious—restaurants and bars just a short drive away from your apartment. What's more, Florida Atlantic University's Davie Campus and Nova Southeastern University are both about two miles from the property. This area is quiet and relaxed, but there's also plenty of fun to be had nearby!

Getting Around:
At this property, you're very close to the Florida Turnpike and to Interstate 95, both of which offer quick access to Miami and other surrounding areas. However, if you prefer not to drive, the Davie R/SW 30 S bus stop is a three-minute walk from your door.
