Second floor--living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and 2nd bedroom with twin bed. Secure Garage Parking, WiFi, and Central AC. Walk across the street to the Rosie's Dog Beach or the city's beautiful pool for lap swimming. A 10-15 minute walk to 2nd Street--restaurant row. Walk a little further and you're at Naples Island where you can row and swim. The bottom floor currently has a bar and large table. Can be used as 3rd bedroom if requested. Near Queen Mary and the Aquarium. 3 months preferred, but let me know if you want longer/shorter. Utilities provided, however, no electric car charging. Landlord keeps small amount of storage in garage. re: Pets -- would consider small, well behaved dog.
