Newly renovated 4 bedroom located south of Summerlin just 15 minutes from Red Rock and 20 minutes from The Strip via easy highway access. Our home has a beautiful open floor plan with a beautiful full billiards table with professional cues and game room with TV, Gaming seats, and Air Hockey. The backyard has a lovely shaded patio area with bbq grill and a large beautifully lit saltwater pool with waterfalls. This house also has a bedroom and full bath downstairs for easy accessibility.
All concerns and questions must be communicated via Airbnb/Hostfully/HomeAway/TripAdvisor messenger. We are available from 9am to 8pm. If you do not receive a timely response in Airbnb, we have provided 2 contacts for after hours EMERGENCIES only. We are pleased to provide any assistance in a prompt and timely manner while not invading the privacy of our guests.
Beautiful quiet family oriented neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors and remember to follow the house rules for our home. This is not a strip club, it is a home. Our guests are welcome to enjoy the nearby park, restaurants, and shopping. We have a few favorite spots that are recommended in our welcome manual.

Our home has a full kitchen with basic cookware, dishware, glassware, and silverware. We suggest you bring any spices you prefer. We provide towels, soap, blankets, and sheets. We also provide limited quantities of cleaning supplies such as dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent.
There are four bedrooms and three full bathrooms total. Upstairs the Master bedroom has a king bed with private bathroom. The other two upstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed. The second bathroom is upstairs by the guest bedrooms. Located downstairs is one bedroom with queen bed and one full bathroom.
Uber and Lyft are incredibly prominent in Las Vegas making transportation quick, reliable, and affordable. Parking is limited in our neighborhood so please follow our instructions.
There is a two car garage. Guests must park in the garage at all times. NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED.
