The property owners live onsite in the basement in a fully separate space, allowing for a quiet, well-cared-for home while still providing guests with privacy and independence.
The home comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms:

Any evidence of tampering with locked areas may result in an additional fee. Please note that the basement and second floor are strictly off-limits to guests. The owners reside onsite in the basement with separate access and are respectful of guest privacy while remaining nearby should anything be needed.

We are not pet friendly. Unauthorized pets on the property will result in a $100 fee. Thank you in advance for both your compliance and understanding of our no-pet policy.
No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.
Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
