This lovely condo is located in a small, secure, and quiet building in the heart of Madeira Beach, it features a wrap-around west facing balcony for unobstructed views of the beaches and the magnificent Gulf of Mexico sunsets. The pool is private and uncrowded and offers a fantastic place to relax, read a book, or get some sun. You'll find the condo in Arena de Madeira, a Turquoise Tower that is directly on Madeira Beach. It is literally about four steps to the beautiful white sands. You're sure to enjoy beautiful sunsets over the water from the privacy of your own living room, bedroom and balcony every night! Feel free to relax on the beach, swim, read a book from the private balcony. Fish, snorkel, walk for miles down the white sandy beaches, collect shells, or if you are feeling adventurous there are opportunities for jet skiing, fishing, diving, parasailing, dolphin excursions, and more just a few blocks away.
The building is located on a beautiful section of sugary white sand and the warm, calm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, placing the beach right outside your door! This condo is ideally located 1 mile from John’s Pass, which has many shops, restaurants, live music, entertainment, and activities. There is also a large grocery store (Publix) 1 mile from the unit.
