The second floor has two twin beds on one side and an office area on the other side.
This house sits on a nice level lot on a dead end road within a natural wooded setting. There is a nice, comfortable deck with dining area and gas grill. And there is a separate room off the deck with a washer and dryer. Also available is a enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off after a nice day at the beach.
Location: This house is located .3 mile from the association stairs to Nauset Beach on the ocean, 1 mile from the Nauset Beach public parking lot, 5.1 miles to Skaket Beach on the bay, 3.4 miles to Crystal Lake parking lot off Monument Road, and 3.4 miles from Orleans center near the Rail Trail bike trail access.
Amenities: 2 Window Air Conditioning Units (one on each floor which cools the entire house), 5 ceiling fans, wireless internet, 2 televisions with cable, electric stove, Keurig coffee maker, first floor washer and dryer, gas grill, 3 beach chairs and 1 beach umbrella. Sheets and towels are not included but a list of linen rental companies will be provided if you prefer not to bring your own.
