There is also deeded access down the street to the Mill Pond-perfect place to launch your kayak.
The large wrap around deck provides for comfortable sitting and sunning while overlooking the large landscaped lot , perfect for whiffle ball and croquet. The deck is also equipped with a gas grill and a table for Al fresco dining or evening cocktails.
The eat-in kitchen has a large table and chairs as well as an island with seating for four. It's the perfect location for gathering while sipping your favorite beverage and snacking on some local sea food bites. A Bosch dishwasher, stainless steel refrigerator, and two wall ovens plus lots of dishes and glassware makes this just what the family chef needs. There is also a formal dining room which can double as a puzzle or game table without interfering with everyday meals.
The oversized living room is comfortably furnished (sofa recently reupholstered) has a ceiling fan, flat screen TV and a cathedral ceiling.
Off of the living room is the first floor master bedroom suite
complete with its own bathroom equipped with his and hers sinks, a shower and a two person jacuzzi.
The first floor also has a cozy den with desk for those needing to get some work done on vacation, pocket doors for privacy, and another flat screen TV.
Also on the first floor is a half bath, a separate laundry area (no more running to the basement to do laundry) and some additional cabinet space.
From the living room you ascend the staircase to the hallway with balcony overlooking the downstairs and out to the yard. Off of this hallway there are three bedrooms and two full baths. One bedroom serves as the "upstairs" master with a queen bed, en suite bath and a large sitting area. The second and third upstairs bedrooms are Jack N Jill sharing a bathroom accessible from either bedroom. One of these rooms has a queen bed and the other has two twins.
The fifth bedroom is the 'Bonus Room' over the garage, which is accessible from the interior of the house and offers complete privacy with its own bathroom and flat screen TV. Bedding is one queen and two twins-perfect for the teens, a Nanny, or the couple with the new baby.
