Built in 1926, this corner lot home is a 96 year old craftsman bungalow filled with charm. We did a complete renovation in 2020 with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, new cabinets and floors, and a farmhouse sink. The first bedroom has a Queen bed and a large dresser, while the 2nd bedroom also has a Queen bed and a 35 inch TV mounted on the wall. A quaint Jack and Jill bathroom complements the rooms.
Cozy up in the spacious living room to watch your favoite movie on a 60 inch TV or gather around the island seating in the kitchen for shared meals and great conversation. Open the front and back glass-screen doors to enjoy a gentle breeze coming in from the ocean. The porch is brand new and a perfect setting to enjoy the cool breeze or watching the sun settle with unobstructed views. The yard is completely fenced in and perfect for children and pets to safely play.
This quaint sanctuary also offers a gated driveway for 2 cars, with additional street parking available. Your home away from home experience wouldn't be complete without the availability of a washer and dryer for your personal needs.
Dog friendly, subject to approval and $100.00 flat fee per stay. Up to 2 dogs allowed, strictly enforced. Please keep dogs off of the furniture and pick up after your pet. Pet fee will be waived for stays of 2 weeks or longer.
Free street parking is readily available (no parking meters in this neighborhood!). Long, gated driveway allows allows for 2 small to medium side vehicles. Please not extra large trucks or SUVs as the entrance may not be wide enough.
