• Pest Note: Due to Florida’s climate, occasional sightings of local pests like cockroaches, ants, or spiders can occur, even with professional treatment. We treat regularly and address concerns swiftly, but refunds cannot be offered for pest sightings.
• Hurricane Season: If booking during hurricane season (July–November), we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds are not provided for weather-related disruptions.
• Supplies: Complimentary toiletries, paper products, and coffee are provided for approximately the first 3–5 days. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days; please use the laundry facility nearby to refresh them. For stays of 5 nights or longer, replacement towels may be requested, subject to availability. Nearby stores make restocking easy if needed.
• Situations Beyond Our Control: Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconveniences.
• Items Left Behind: If personal items are left behind and their return is requested, guests are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
Interaction with Guests:
Host interaction is minimal and primarily remote. Guests will manage their check-in process digitally, including signing a rental agreement and providing ID verification prior to arrival. We are available via message for any questions or assistance needed during your stay.
