Summary: 1st room smelled like animal (cat or dog), pull out couch is old and not in good condition- the top part where you would put your head was angled. Tv didn't work. The front desk staff was great - efficient check in and helped move to a new room. 2nd room pull out couch still slanted and uncomfortable.
