Our lovely 129 year old house is bright & airy, with an open concept living room/kitchen and a private dining room. One bedroom features a KING size mattress, while the other hosts a QUEEN.

Using a keypad lock, you have access to this private single family home. This is the main house on a very quiet street. Free street parking is available. Our neighborhood is family friendly, with close access to parks and the Poudre Trail. Our RING security system makes this home safe & gives you peace of mind when traveling. We have lived in this home for 3 years and we couldn’t be happier with the location and safety.
We are 4 blocks East of CSU and College Ave, and only 2 blocks south of Mulberry. Very quick access to I-25. Only a 10 minute walk or a quick Uber ride to Old Town where there are tons of great restaurants and shops (we share our favorites with you upon arrival).
