With 2 bedrooms on each side of the duplex, with a king bed, queen bed, two futons, and a couch, and the other side of the duplex with the same, we're ready with plenty of comfortable sleeping options. The spacious kitchen is stocked with coffee, pots and pans, dinnerware and more. Conveniently located only 8 miles from AU's campus, so come enjoy our home and bring your friends!

Enter into a fun-filled living room on each side of the duplex with a large tv and plenty of seating. The space opens into the kitchen with table and appliances ready for you. Back through the living room is the hall leading to the 2 bedrooms and bathroom, perfect for a good night's sleep.

There are two bedrooms on each side of the duplex, one with a king bed, another with a queen bed. Bedroom 2 & 4 each have a queen futon. The open living room has a couch and futon as well.

There are 2 spacious kitchens (one on each side) that both have a four-chair table, plenty of storage space, appliances, pots and pans, and dining ware. It is also fully stocked for your cooking needs. A laundry room is also attached to both kitchens.

There is one bathroom with a tub/shower combo on each side of the duplex and starter toiletries are provided in both.

Please note this is a duplex, meaning it has 2 units that have separate entrances. There is not a connecting door on the inside of the property.

Guests will have access to both sides of the duplex.

Need to burn some time? Play some board games located in the living room. Of course, internet and smart tv’s are also available.

There is a security camera on both of the front doors as well as on the back of the property. All record audio as well. Please do not tamper with the cameras.

Refunds will not be give in the event of unforeseen extreme weather conditions, power outages, internet outages, water outages, or the presence of woodland animals & insects.

Please note that we have a ZERO TOLERANCE for any parties, extra guests (beyond the reserved amount) and broken house rules. The property is NO SMOKING. You will be assessed a $500 fee for smoking inside. Our properties are closely monitored for the safety of our guests, neighbors, and community.
Pets must be less than 50 lbs and are not allowed on furniture, including sofas, futons and beds. Any excessive smells, damage or cleaning will incur additional fees.

Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. This includes wipes and all parts of feminine products. The house is on septic and these items will clog the system.

Please enjoy the kitchen by making yourself at home. Any supplies that are in the cabinets and refrigerator are there to use. Our request to you is if you dirty it, please clean it. Please use a cutting board and do not place hot pans directly on the counter tops. Everything may be put in the dishwasher.

Please do not leave house unlocked when you are not here. You may use the alarm in "Away" mode when you leave and “Home” when you are in the home. Simply select the Home or Away button and wait for the chime of the alarm being set. To disarm while inside the home, press the Off button and use your entry code to disarm. Upon entry, you have 30 seconds to disarm the alarm by entering your entry code.

Please, no food or drinks (other than water) in bedrooms.

If you sleep on the couch or futon in the living room, please remove the throw pillows & use the sheets provided in the front closet. A set of sheets, blankets & pillows are also available for the bedroom futon, located in the 2nd bedroom closet. PLEASE DO NOT SLEEP ON COUCH OR FUTON WITHOUT SHEETS.

Please do not use bath towels to clean up spills. There are hand towels in the kitchen drawers, as well as in the laundry room.

Pets: please do not allow your pet to get on any furniture, beds or pillows. Please do not leave your pet to roam the house when no one is home. The kitchen may be used to contain the pet, or they may be crated at guest's discretion. Lastly, please do not bathe your pet in the bathtubs (the house is on septic & the hair will clog the system). There are water spigots on the front of each units. If your pets cause excessive mess, smells or damage, additional fees will be charged to the guest.

Trash cans are located around the back of the home. You may use either can. If you are staying long-term, please take cans to the road for Friday morning pickup.

Please do not drive around the back of the home as the septic tank is located back there. There is an additional septic tank located between the trees near the outside table set. Please do not drive on or near these tanks as they are not buried very deep.

There are security cameras on the front doors as well as pointing towards the back doors. Please do not tamper with or disconnect the cameras for any reason. These are required by our insurance and are only accessed in the event of an emergency or if the alarm is triggered.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in additional charges. Guests will also be responsible for any damages or theft. If the police are called out to the house for any reason, a $500 fine will be charged.
