Not to be overlooked this beautifully impeccably decorated large 4 bed , 2 1/2 bath, with your own private south facing caged salt water pool and above ground hot tub villa located in the security guard gated golfing community of Southern Dunes. With a breathtaking view of the 8th fairway that can be viewed from the first floor and spacious lanai surrounding the caged in salt water pool and hot tub. There are also two additional community pools within the community and a round of golf and/or breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks at the club house is a must. The first floor spacious master bedroom with spa like ensuite has been recently renovated. Three additonal bedrooms on the second floor with a shared fully renovated bathroom. All bed linens and an ample supply of bath and pool towels are provided. There is a flat screen TV in the family room overlooking the pool, TV on the lanai, TV in the master and queen bedrooms. The home is WiFi enabled. The open concept ceramic tiled first floor allows interaction with family and friends in the family room and living room as well as the dining area while preparing meals in the fully equipped recently updated kitchen that has counter seating and a kitchen table. There is a half bath on the first floor. A stackable front load washer and dryer for your convenience.
This is a great villa for the golf enthusiasts as it is located in the prestigious gated golfing community, Southern Dunes, one of the best public golf courses in the Orlando area and has been ranked #6 in Golf Digests "Best Courses in the State".
It is also an ideal location for easy access to I4 from Highway 27. I4 is the road that takes you west to the Tampa area beaches, and east to Disney World and the shopping outlets, to Universal and Seaworld as well as to Daytona. Exit I4 at Lake Buena Vista and you are at the entrance to Disney Springs (approx. 15 miles). Highway 27 south takes you to LEGOLAND!
Just outside of the entrance into the community is a Walmart and Dollar Tree for household staples as well as local shopping and restaurants within walking distance.
