Pool Rules
• Hours: 8 AM – 10 PM
• An adult must supervise children under 18 at all times. Swim diapers are required for little ones not yet potty-trained.
• No running, diving, or glass containers near the pool.
• Pool Max Dept is: 6 F
• Please swim at your own risk.
Pool Heating:
• The heated pool & Spa is available per request during the cold season (November – March).
• If you’d like it heated outside these months, we can open it upon request with an additional fee of $50/night.
• Pool heating must be requested at least 24 hours before arrival.
• When outdoor temperatures drop below 55°F, pool heating is not offered, as the pool may still feel too cool for most guests even with heating enabled.
Note on Weather: Heavy rain or wind may affect pool appearance (leaves, pollen, etc.), but rest assured, it’s still safe to use. Our pool team services weekly to keep the water clean and balanced. A skimmer is also available if you’d like to help scoop leaves in between visits.
Pet Rules :
Small pets only: Dogs up to 25 lbs (11 kg) and cats.
Maximum of one pet per booking.
Pets must be supervised at all times.
No pets on furniture or beds.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
A $ 50 pet cleaning fee applies per stay.
Please remember to take out your trash and don't keep it in the house or backyard. Three trash cans are located in front of the house on the curb. Trash pick-up days are Wednesdays & Saturdays.
