Fabulous one bedroom apartment in great location. Close to I-80, walking distance to restaurants. Five minutes to freeway, 20 minutes to Park City, 15 minutes to the airport. Our basement apt has a bedroom with a queen bed.The family room has a big screen T.V. and a wraparound couch, and a bistro table for two. The bathroom has a full shower. The kitchenette has a full size fridge, oven and microwave. Stock with anything you any, coffee maker, crockpot the works. You have a full-size washer and dryer as well. The basement apartment has it own entrance at the back of the house and there plenty of street parking. Due to COVID 19 long term rentals will not be available. .
