This 3-bedroom/2-bath condo boasts 1,200 square feet, sleeps six comfortably, and provides comfortable, clean accommodations with simple furnishings at an exceptional value. The unit is located above the two outdoor community hot tubs and has beautiful mountain views from the balcony. The building is accessed through the garage or a second-floor exterior entry. Interior hallways lead to the main entry of the condo on the third floor (no elevator). The entry area opens up to a sunny kitchen and living area. Adjacent to the kitchen, you’ll find the dining area with a large dining table that seats six, plus 3 barstools at the kitchen counter. The living area has a gas fireplace, a 32-inch TV with cable, and a stereo system. From the living area, you have access to the large outdoor deck facing Trail Creek and the two community hot tubs.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, a balcony with mountain views, a spacious double closet, a 21-inch TV, and an en-suite bath with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a twin over double bunk, another twin bed, and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a balcony, and a walk-in closet. The two guest bedrooms share the full-size hall bath. This unit also includes a full-size washer and dryer adjacent to the kitchen area in a double-door closet. The Habitat Condominiums are conveniently located, and there is a free shuttle that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts. On-site parking is limited to one space.
