Enjoy the beautiful, uninterrupted ocean views from two levels of covered decks, and relax in the deck-level hot tub with stunning ocean vistas and a private oceanfront pool. There is a large pool deck for lounging in the sun, meals at one of the two picnic tables, or relaxing in the covered outside entertainment area. This space is special as you get ocean breezes while you watch TV or enjoy a cool beverage from the ground-level fridge on the sectional sofa or from a barstool! Only steps away from the sparkling Atlantic Ocean!
This home really does have it all: a game room complete with a Foosball table and air hockey, flat-screen smart TVs in every room, a 3-floor passenger elevator, a gas grill, an enclosed outdoor shower, a fully stocked kitchen with 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, a beverage fridge, and chic coastal décor. The inverted floor plan allows for amazing views of the ocean and beach strand, plus lots of natural light in the common spaces. The mural of the ocean on the living room wall blends seamlessly with the real views of the ocean right outside your window! You are surrounded by gorgeous views! There is also wireless high-speed internet and cable streaming for all of your favorite shows and movies. There is a zero-entry shower in the upstairs Middle East bedroom, and both bunk bedrooms have bathrooms with tub/shower combos. The rest of the bathrooms have gorgeous tile walk-in showers that will make you feel like you are in a spa! Come and enjoy all that Holden Beach has to offer!
The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.
This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details, as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality' Luxe style! All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.
This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.
