The inverted floor plan offers open concept living, dining and kitchen areas perfect for gatherings of family and friends. Includes a gas fireplace for winter guests. The large modern kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances and a gas cook top. Dining table seats 10 and the eating counter seats 4. Home has 5 bedrooms each with a private bath. Hardwood floors throughout except for tile in the bathrooms. Master bath has large shower that is handicap-friendly (a wheelchair can be rolled into the shower). Plenty of deck and porch space to enjoy the sun or shade. Flat screen TV's throughout, WIFI, high chair, pack-n-play, laundry room. Enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water, picnic table, charcoal grill, deck and porch chairs.
