A very special Nantucket waterfront property with a front seat to the harbor. Located on Easton Street near Brant Point Lighthouse, the house has five (5) bedrooms in total including a first floor suite. The waterside porch and deck are poised to take in the views and enjoy the boating activity across the water. A lush lawn surrounds the house and there is generous parking in the driveway courtyard. The house was fully refreshed in 2022.
First Floor: the entry foyer opens to a double living room with two seating areas and large picture widows looking out to harbor. The dining room also has a great view of the water and a door to the porch. In the kitchen there is another sitting area and breakfast table. The space is bright and fresh with small hall to the side entry and the first floor bedroom suite (king). There is a half bath off the foyer and another deck on the street-side of the house.
Second Floor: the stairs lead to a central hall and the primary bedroom (king) is centered on the waterside with panoramic views across the harbor to Coatue and Nantucket Sound. Across the hall is the primary full bath. On one side of the house there is a generous king bedroom with great views and another guest bedroom with twins (2). On the other side of the house the is another guest bedroom with twins. A second full bath is located off the central upstairs hall and there is a good laundry alcove off the hall.
