Our spacious apartment comes with 2 Roku Smart TVs, a King size bed with plush comfy pillows, roll out Twin XL bed with a memory foam mattress, patio overlooking downtown Dallas, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, 10ft ceilings, walk-in closet, covered patio, fully equipped kitchen, utensils, and FREE parking. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, high quality white towels, body wash and shampoo. This unit includes all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay! Onsite pool, fitness center, clubhouse, & business center.

Parking
Free guest parking is offered within the resident garage on level 3 pending availability. A garage pass for guaranteed resident parking can be reserved for $20 USD/night.

Please be advised that there are certain things out of our control.

1. Amenities such as pool, clubhouse and fitness center are shared among other residents and guests. I cannot control if there are high occupancy levels on weekends.

2. On weekends, evenings and holidays visitor parking may be scarce. Gated resident parking is available for $20/night.

3. Common area cleaning around the property is managed by building management. As this is a newer community, there are scheduled cleanings throughout the week. In order to continue offering 5-star stays, we ask that guests respect all areas of the property as if it were their own home and ONLY dispose of trash in dedicated trash cans.
