Pets: The owners' family member has very severe pet allergies. As a result, pets are prohibited at this property and this policy is strictly enforced.

Additional features include an EV hookup and security provided by a Ring doorbell and three exterior cameras (covering the driveway, porch and entry stairs, but not the hot tub).
