A fantastic new addition to our family of homes, this 5-bedroom 3-bath Rosebrook Townhome sits right next to the Learning Quad at Bretton Woods Ski Area. Not just convenient to skiing, but also in the heart of Bretton Woods and minutes from the Mount Washington Hotel. The updates in this home did away with the cramped small spaces common in these buildings and created a lovely open communal living space on the entire main level. The well-appointed kitchen spans a majority of the length of the home joining the living room with mountain views, countertop seating, and the dining area. A large alcove dining table creates a great conversation spot for the whole group to get together for a game or meal. A second common living area on the lower level allows for multiple spaces to spread out - both living areas have been updated to showcase lovely stonework around the fireplace (not for guest use). There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms between the lower and upper level. Above the upper level find an open bright master suite in the loft with ensuite bath and lovely views of the mountain. This home is sure to provide a great home base for your next White Mountains adventure!
