Ritz Pointe Paradise is walking distance to the beach... Relax in our beautiful and stylish beach home with the whole family. We want you to be as comfortable as possible in our place, so enjoy our fully stocked kitchen where you can prepare your meals if you are not up to going out for dinner... And, all other amenities that have been provided for your convenience. Pets/small dogs are allowed as long as they are under 15 pounds (1 pet/dog allowed).

Beautiful guard-gated community in the lovely and quiet Monarch Hills neighborhood in Dana Point, CA, one of Orange County’s Coastal cities. We are located next to Waldorf Astoria’s Monarch Hills Resort and not too far from The Ritz Carlton Hotel. Walking distance from the beach, minutes from Dana Point Harbor, shops and restaurants.
Entire space/Condo
Ritz Pointe Paradise is a beautiful, modern and spacious one bedroom, one bath Condo, which has been newly renovated with modern designs and upscale furnishings (from West Elm, Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, Williams Sonoma). It's been re-imagined to provide a comfy stay with all the amenities you might want.
En-suite Bedroom, with bathroom featuring separate Vanity area outside of the shower/toilet room. Shower/tub combo features shampoo box, and a hand-held shower in addition to a regular shower head.
Dedicated Family Room with a wood-burning fireplace, 50" TV with cable and Roku, a queen sofa bed comfy sectional. A desk area is provided in the family room if you need to get some work done.
The Dining Room has seating to accommodate six. Across from the dining room is a newly renovated and fully equipped and stocked kitchen with all new Stainless Steel appliances.
The fully-equipped kitchen includes: Range with WiFi, Over-the-Range Microwave, Dishwasher, French Door Refrigerator with double drawers, Ninja Blender, Toaster, Nespresso machine and all your cooking needs (dishware, glassware, cookware, utensils), including an assortment of spices. Recently added a new electric grill on the patio (BBQ utensils also provided).
The condo is located in the upscale Monarch Hills Condominium guard-gated community of Ritz Pointe; next to the Waldorf Astoria Resort on Niguel Road, and not too far from The Ritz Carlton Hotel.
The community includes a swimming pool, three spas (with one overlooking the ocean); club house, workout gym. One assigned parking with plenty of guest parking.
Some fun beach toys provided: Beach Bike Cruisers, Beach Wagon, (4) Beach Chairs and Umbrella, Beach Towels, Jazzmington Paddle Ball Game, Frisbee Rings, Sport Disc and Ring Toss Game.
Also provided are an assortment of fun family board games. And, an OC Park pass which allows access to all OC Beaches and Parks. We also have a membership pass to Mission San Juan Capistrano that our guest can use, a must visit local tourist attraction.

You can walk to the beach via a private path thru the Waldorf Astoria Golf Course. Walk, bike or drive to my favorite French pastry cafe, that serves breakfast and lunch, and offers authentic French pastries, like Crepe. Walking distance to PCH and catch the free shuttle that takes you to Laguna Beach and goes back and forth between Dana Point and Laguna Beach.
Location is equal distance between Los Angeles and San Diego. Minutes from Laguna Beach, Newport Beach and not too far from Huntington Beach. Within an hour, you can be at Disneyland, Knott's Farm, Sea World, Lego Land, San Diego Zoo, Seaport Village, and the Gas Lamp District in Downtown San Diego.
