Tucked back in the quiet North Ocean City neighborhood of Caine Woods is a simply decadent home we call Sea Captain. This much loved 5 Bedroom, 4.5 Bath home with a garage is exactly the perfect space for the family, or families, looking to experience Ocean City, the beach and all our great town has to offer, while still being able to settle in and feel like you are home.
Situated on 2 levels, this impressive, yet still warm and welcoming home will comfortably sleep up to 12 adults and 3 children. As you enter, you will find the large laundry and wash room directly to your right, as well as the convenient main level Powder Room located just before the living area. You are sure to appreciate all of the love and thought that has so obviously gone into this living space. With a brand new couch and 2 cozy loveseats, there is plenty of space for the whole family to relax together and enjoy the Central AC, Free WiFi and maybe even stream a movie on the Flat Screen TV after a long day of making memories out and about in OC! *Fireplace is Decorative only and NOT in use.* Just off the Living Room is the well equipped Kitchen and Dining Area, complete with Breakfast Bar! The master Chef in your family is sure to adore this wide open, and fully equipped kitchen. With all the conveniences of home, beautiful granite countertops, and Stainless Steel appliances, whipping up a family meal will feel like anything but a chore. The convenient breakfast bar is the perfect space for a quick bite before hitting the beach, and the array of outdoor seating on the extended back deck is perfect for catching a meal outdoors or just enjoying your morning coffee! Just off the Dining area, there is also a Bonus Sun Room with plenty of seating, access to the back deck, and a Flat Screen TV.
The Primary Bedroom, found on the first floor, is a fabulous retreat with a King bed, attached Primary Bath, abundant closet space, and Flat Screen TV! The attached Primary Bath has a large double sink vanity and an oversized, Custom-Tile, Walk-In Shower. As you wander back through the main living area and past the convenient Wet Bar, you’ll head upstairs to find the remaining 4 Bedrooms. Bedroom 2 is a Second Primary with a King Bed, a Flat Screen TV, and an ensuite Bath with another double vanity and Walk-In Shower! Bedroom 3 comfortably sleeps 2 in a cozy Queen Bed with a Flat Screen TV, and even has its own access to the Hall Bath with a Shower/Tub Combo. Bedroom 4 will sleep up to 4 in style with 2 Queen Beds and an attached bath with Walk-In Shower. Last, but certainly not least, Bedroom 5 is the perfect space for your special little ones, sleeping up to 5 in Pyramid (Twin over Full) and traditional Twin Bunk Beds. This room also has its own Flat Screen TV!
Parking is no problem at Sea Captain with the driveway parking as well as ample street parking. This home truly offers the best of the best that Ocean City has to offer: a peaceful and quiet family location just a few short blocks from the beach, shops, and dining!
