Summary: From the moment we arrived, this did not feel like an Embassy Suites. The lobby looked rundown, and both check-in staff we encountered were rude and distracted. The elevator carpet was filthy, which made us worry about cleanliness. The room was only okay and clearly needed a deep clean. The bed was uncomfortable, and the shower pressure was extremely weak. We would not stay here again and will reconsider booking with this hotel brand in the future.
