Our spacious and cozy house tucked away in Birch Hill, one of North Conway's most established neighborhoods.
Centrally located and minutes away from all skiing resorts. Our house is around the corner from a Golf club, a few miles from Saco river and lake, and few minutes from North Conway Center and outlets.
Our home is a 3 level 5 bedroom house with plenty of room. A living and family room on the main level, both with large TVs( one brand new 70" and 50”). With a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, a full bathroom and bedroom with a king bed located on this level as well. There are 3 sets of brand new sliders that lead out to a large deck the length of the back of the house. The top level has 5 beds with a door for privacy and 40” TV. House has a newly Installed Central AC/heating system for your comfort for those Hot/Cold days & Nights. The lower level has 3 bedrooms, full bath and separate room with washer/dryer. One bedroom has a queen bed, full futon and television with a new slider that leads out to the large backyard. The other 2 bedrooms have queen beds and another king bed Both with TVs and also have 2 new sliders leading out to the big backyard.
The backyard is very large and has a great fire pit perfect for summer nights or those chilly winter evenings.
