Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The check in process was kind and thoughtful. We had traveled a long way through poor weather to get there. Maya, the wonderful woman that checked us in was extremely professional and sweet at the same time. She deserves a raise as she is fantastic. The room was just right; clean, roomy, and the bed was super comfy. Location in the Mount Pleasant area of Charleston was a plus too.

Negative: We really can't think of any negatives.

Summary: This hotel and it's staff (primarily Maya) was superior.
