Proximity: Situated on Columbine Road, this condo is just .4 miles (~10-min walk) to Main Street and .5 miles (~12-min walk) to the Quicksilver Chairlift at the base of Peak 9. During summer, a walking path along the Blue River, right across the street, offers a scenic stroll that leads directly to the Peak 9 Village area.
Living Room: Relax in the inviting living area, featuring rustic barnwood accents, a large flatscreen TV with DVD player, a sofa, and a remote-controlled fireplace for a warm mountain atmosphere. A sliding door opens to a small patio where you can enjoy a breath of fresh alpine air.
Kitchen & Dining: The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a refrigerator, oven, 4-burner electric stovetop, microwave, toaster, and more. A 3-person breakfast bar offers the perfect spot for a quick bite before heading out to the slopes.

Communal Amenities:
• The Columbine Pool & hot tubs are located just across the parking lot. They may occasionally close for maintenance, and are subject to close routinely in the off-seasons for maintenance, generally end of Apr - May & Sept - Oct; they are managed by a third-party company.
• The communal sauna is located in the lower level of building C. The sauna is not kept on regularly. You'll need to let it heat up for about half an hour before it's ready for us
• The communal laundry facility is located in the lower level of building C
Please note that the HOA has installed a camera system to monitor for unauthorized access to the pool after hours. The system includes a loudspeaker to communicate directly with intruders. Additionally, each unit has a unique gate code, allowing usage to be tracked. The Columbine Pool and Hot Tub area is closed for maintenance yearly during the shoulder seasons.

We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
