The house has a shared pier and swim area with a swim platform in Glenwood Springs. Walking distance to Fontana Beach, Gordy's & Chucks. The house has two updated cozy bedrooms and a comfortable sofa in the living room. Glowing Fireplace. Parking for two-three cars, fire pit. completely updated Kitchen and bath. Great high speed wifi, TV in living room. Bedroom #1 has a Queen, Bedroom #2 has TWO TWIN BEDS. Central air and heat. Great outdoor space to relax. Perfect getaway for lake life living.
