It's time to unwind at the lake! We have everything you need for you and your family to have a great time in our beautiful deepwater cove. You'll have a great time by the water with our huge swim platform with 6-step EZ Steps for easy water access. Bring your boat and launch right from our neighborhood for free! Currently the boat lift is unavailable however the dock has plenty of space to tie up a boat. There is a drive-on jet ski lift, a hard to find amenity on rentals at the lake.
Do you like to fish? You can catch plenty of crappie right off our dock along with occasional bass and catfish. Our dock is on deep water -- 20 feet at the end and 10 feet deep at the shore side in the summer months.
The house is at the start of a no-wake cove where boat traffic is low. This makes our dock with huge swim platform the perfect place for the family to hang out for the day swimming and floating.
Our lake house is set up perfectly for 2 families. Both levels of the home come with refrigerators, 2 bedrooms (king sized on each level), flat screen televisions. And the downstairs has its own separate entrance so you can each have as much or as little privacy as you want!
The upstairs has one King bedroom with a high-end memory foam mattress and one queen sized bedroom. Also on this level are the full bath with tub, full kitchen, living room with large flat screen TV, breakfast room and huge screened in porch where you can put up the extra folding table we provide and have plenty of room to relax with friends that want to come by!
The downstairs has one King size bedroom with pillow top Beautyrest mattress, 2nd bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and 40" flatscreen tv, a sleeping porch with twin bed and sofa,1 full bath (shower only), a kitchenette with fridge, microwave and coffee maker, washer and dryer (no need to pack a lot of clothes). You can sleep 6 on this level, and the sofa is quite comfortable for an extra person.
We have CoMo Connect fiber internet that provides blazing internet speeds and cable television. Wifi is included in your rental price. On site you'll find a variety of noodles and other 'floaties' for fun on the water, as well as a kayak for some extra fun in the cove.
We provide all sheets, bath towels for 10, all dishes, pans, glassware and starter supply of paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper. Just pack up some great food for the grill, a few clothes that you can wash whenever you need to and some beach towels and prepare to have a great relaxing time!
SkyWater is located at the 45 MM in the sought after Cartwright Cove. There are 3 security cameras directed at the EXTERIOR of the home. One is pointed at the circle drive, 1 at the front door and 1 at the dock boat slip which is a long distance view mounted at the top of the hill on the garage. Ask for more details.
