Wow – this completely remodeled condo at Wrightsville Dunes will enhance your vacation enjoyment. In the living room sit back and relax while watching your favorite show on the 42” flat screen TV, or watch a movie on the attached DVD player. Prefer some music, just turn on the CD/stereo to listen to some tunes. In the spacious and fully equipped kitchen you will find new cabinets along with quartz countertops. The over/under refrigerator provides plenty space for cool drinks and frozen treats to enjoy on your return from the beach. There are hardwood floors throughout the main living areas. The master bath offers his and hers quartz vanities, a beautiful tiled walk-in shower and separate water closet. There are two additional bedrooms located at the front of the unit for your guests. For their comfort and convenience there is a full bath and an additional half bath, a feature not found in any other unit at Wrightsville Dunes. Every bedroom also has a 24” flat screen TV with a built in DVD player and a cable box. In the morning you will want to grab a cup of coffee and sit on your oceanfront covered deck to take in the beauty of a sunrise over the ocean. Actually anytime of the day is a good time to relax and watch the ocean and feel the comforting sea breeze. From the deck overlooking the marsh and Intracoastal Waterway you can observe wildlife in its natural habitat. Sit back and watch the birds and waterfowl as they go about their daily routines. At the end of the day you will also be able to experience some fabulous sunsets from this view. When it’s time to head to the beach you will appreciate the private community walkway that takes you to the beach, which is adjacent to this building. Also located on the walkway is a shower where you can rise off upon returning from a day of fun in the sand and surf. If you prefer fresh water, you can choose from two pools. Should you desire something a bit more active, Wrightsville Dunes also has a tennis court available for guest use. 2 car parking only. Campers and trailers of any kind are not permitted.
