Massachusetts is rich with American historical buildings and landmarks that collectively tell a compelling American story all of which are an easy commute from Stoneham, MA founded in 1725 and known for its shoe manufacturing during the Industrial Revolution.
This single-family, 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom Cape Cod is located in the greater Boston area in the charming suburb of the historic town of Stoneham, founded in 1725, lined with victorian homes, a Town Center park lined with street lamps and park benches, locally-owned restaurants, a post office and library all within walking distance from this home. For the extensive traveler, it is central to all the main interstate highways that will take you directly into Boston or north to explore Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont all of which are less than an hour away. Of course, there is the vast Atlantic coastline with beaches to soak up some sun or stop to an assortment of beachfront restaurants to savor a freshly caught lobster. The screened-in porch is a favorite spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine as is the newly built private patio with a glass grill on the rear side of the home with a studio that can be made available to work remotely privately. The home offers off-street-parking (a bonus in Boston) and a fenced yard for your four-legged traveler. Bring your car or rent the one optionally available with the home and you will certainly get the most of your stay.
An assortment of restaurants with different venues are a block or two away as is a grocery store and Walgreens. Public transportation includes a bus stop that is walking distance from the home where you can hop onto the train for a quick commute into the city. Boston Logan Airport is a 20 minute commute by car.
