There are two free parking spaces on pavers outside the bungalow. The location is perfect with restaurants and entertainment nearby. Oversize 2 car garage available for a fee which is perfect for Bike Weeks, etc.
The bungalow is a duplex and this unit is in the back of the property and allows for privacy. There is a master bedroom with a king size bed, designated workspace and television. It also has 2 closets with storage. The bathroom has a good size wall in shower, new vanity, lights, fixtures and towels. The living area has a full pull out couch, a loveseat and a television. The kitchen has tons of cabinets with storage and new pots and pans, dish-ware, utensils, etc.There is an outdoor utility closet next to the outdoor shower that has a full size washer and dryer.Guests have access to their front porch that has seating as well as the outdoor shower which is shared by other guests in the front unit.
