House is recently remodeled, decorated and painted inside and out. AMAZING brand new red cedar outdoor shower with blue stone bottom that heats up. Furnished & equipped with all brand new furniture, stainless steel appliances, bedding and towels. Wonderful living room with cathedral ceiling, fireplace ,flat screen TV, surround sound. Lovely fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and all conveniences. Three bedrooms include: Two large and charming bedrooms, two full baths and washer/dryer on the first floor. Spiral staircase leads to the large and private all new second floor master bedroom. This second floor has flat screen TV and sitting area with a cushy chair and a queen bed that is unbelievably comfortable. A large brick patio is just steps from the kitchen. It is a wonderful and private outdoor room that is surrounded by hedges and professionally landscaped with new outdoor table and seating for 6 and a new Weber gas grill. Ceiling fans keep the house comfortable in all weather because some trees provide shade on the house itself. Air conditioning is available for the few hot days that it may be necessary. Free WiFi of course! Everything you need for a great Nantucket getaway, at a price point that can't be beat for the location. Repeat renters make up more than half of our rentals each year!
