There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths in the main house and a separate bunkhouse adds a cool kids hangout and sleeping for two more. During the day enjoy the sun from the expansive patio and multiple docks or take a ride down the lake in one of the available kayaks. At night you can enjoy the serenity of a fire using the smokeless fire pit. It’s also a short 30 minute drive to beautiful Ellicottville if skiing or shopping is in your plans.
