The sleeping arrangements are flexible and spacious, featuring one bedroom with a king-size bed, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, and one bedroom with two twin-size beds. The home also includes two single sofa chairs that open into single beds, plus a private pool house with a sofa that opens into a king-size bed — perfect for families, groups, or guests who want extra space.

In regard to events, our primary focus is to provide a peaceful and relaxing space for our guests. While we typically do not allow big events, we are open to considering small gatherings or special occasions when you'd like. Please contact us with your specific event details; we will gladly discuss the possibilities.
Also, if you are interested in using our house for filming purposes, we also offer you availability. Please let us know what you need so we can meet your needs together.
Unauthorized Events & Extra Guests Policy:
Any unauthorized events or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests found hosting such events will be charged a $2,000 fee. Additionally, if extra guests are present without prior disclosure, a fee of $100 per guest per night will be applied. Please inform us in advance of any additional guests to avoid charges.
