Inside the home has a large living room with flatscreen smart TV and fast WiFi. The kitchen is attached with a dining area. The kitchen has a new stove/oven combo, with air fryer setting , new microwave and a large fridge and freezer. Very open floor plan with easy access to a full bathroom. Down the hallway there are 3 bedrooms and another full bathroom with laundry room attached. The home has no carpet. All bedrooms recently received new wood floors. The larger bathroom has a new tub and tile surround shower with tile floors throughout. Exit onto the massive new 12x40’ covered front porch with seating and dining areas. Walk down the paved side walk to the private pier with upper deck. Property is located in walking distance to LA Express store and boat launch. Directly across from Sandbar! You can launch your boat and drive to the home then walk back to retrieve your vehicle and trailer. Paved trailer parking behind the home as well!
