We purchased this home not long ago and it has been newly updated and furnished with brand new furniture, beds, mattresses, and much more.
This property is centrally located at the beginning of New Seabury, one of Cape Cod's most desired resort communities with many beautiful beaches nearby and just a short boat trip away to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Our property is between 1-3 miles away from the beautiful Popponesset Spit beach, the South Cape Beach and State Park and the Town of Mashpee beach.
The house is situated on a quiet, residential neighborhood. We are right across the street from Ann's Cove which is part of the Ockway Bay. We provide 5 bikes for guest to use. Take a quiet morning walk or bike ride around the neighborhood and enjoy the spectacular views of Ockway Bay and scenic views of Summersea Village.
The charming Popponesset Marketplace which is within the resort is also just a little over a mile away. The marketplace is a very popular hang-out for families where you will find restaurants, pizzeria, patisserie, ice cream parlor, bike rentals, gift shops, miniature golf and live entertainments (during the summer months). For those who enjoys shopping, the Mashpee Commons is just 3 miles away. The Common is an area with many upscale stores, restaurants, gift shops, cinema, and grocery stores.

This bright and spacious home has an open floor plan that encompasses the dining and living rooms with cathedral ceiling and skylights, a 2-story fireplace, hardwood floors, and multiple sliding doors opening onto a large deck and patio. An inviting outdoor gathering place for the whole family to relax and enjoy a BBQ after a fun day at the beach.
We have a fully equipped kitchen (Refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, over the range microwave, coffee maker, dishes, dinnerware, toaster, all cookware and lobster pots).
1st Floor
- the master bedroom with 1 king bed is on the first floor and includes an ensuite
bath, with soaking tub and separate shower. The master bedroom also has slider
door that opens to the deck.
- In addition to an open family room with fireplace, we also have a large den on the 1st floor with 50” Smart LED TV.

2nd Floor
- there are two more bedrooms and a full bath with tub on the second floor. Each bedroom has a queen bed and twin beds. A great set up for family with young children.

playroom has a 50” Smart TV, pool and foosball tables many games. A great hang out
and game room for the whole family!
