Three bedrooms (including a first-floor bedroom with en suite bathroom), two new tiled bathrooms, and an updated kitchen will have you enjoying life`s little luxuries in between your adventures in C-Ville! The house is just a 5-minute walk to the downtown mall, and a 15-minute walk to UVA. Available for rentals of 30+ days.

Only a block off of Main St the house is walking distance to anything you might need -- restaurants, shops, groceries, bars, movie theaters, concert halls, and more! It is only a 5-minute walk to the downtown mall, and about 15 minutes to UVA or the hospital.
