We like to meet and greet the guests and give them a quick two minute tour upon arrival. We require 7 day minimum stay during the summer months.

OSTERVILLE
• Restaurants:
o Crisp Flatbread- Flatbread Pizza & Pasta bar, which also offers a wide variety of salads and delicious appetizers. A very fun atmosphere with an outdoor bar and plenty of outdoor seating. Corn hole, ping pong, and a fire pit for making S’mores:
o Wimpy’s Seafood Market & Cafe- an old favorite of Osterville, Wimpy’s has been in business since 1938. Offers a wide range of surf and turf entrees with an excellent and inexpensive Early Bird menu from 4-5:30 pm
o Five Bays Bistro- in the heart of Osterville village, Five Bays offers an upscale menu and atmosphere as well as excellent cocktails
o The Chart Room at Crosby’s- Located right on Crosby’s boat yard, The Chart Room offers a great menu with an even better view. This new restaurant has been busy every night this summer
• Markets:
o Fancy’s Market- a village favorite for groceries and homemade sandwiches. Perfect for ordering in lunch to pick up and take to the beach
o Stop and Shop- for a wider range of groceries, Stop and Shop in Cotuit is a short drive up Rt. 28 in Marstons Mills (3900 Falmouth Road, Marstons Mills, MA 02648)
• Coffee/Breakfast:
o Earthly Delights- Eco-minded cafe with excellent sandwiches, entrees, breakfast plates, pastries, smoothies, coffee, and juice
o Pineapple Caper- Originally began as a gourmet grilled cheese food truck, this cafe offers a wide variety of breakfast and lunch, as well as coffee
o Amie Bakery- Adorable full service bakery that also offers sweet morning and afternoon treats, as well as coffee, espresso, and more
• Ice Cream:
o Gone Chocolate- Located right in Osterville center, Gone Chocolate is a town favorite for ice cream and homemade fudge
o Four Seas Ice Cream- This famous and award-winning ice cream shop has been in business since 1934. Their homemade ice cream is a Cape Cod favorite. Located just up South Main St. in Centerville, MA
BEACHES
Barnstable beaches fall in two categories: resident beach pass required, or pay to park/beach pass accepted. Beach passes are only required for parking. Anyone can go to the resident beaches without a pass, but just cannot park in the lot before 5 pm. After 5 pm, you may park in the resident beach lots.
• Dowses- located in Osterville, does require a beach sticker just for parking. If you wish to visit Dowses, please let us know and we will be more than happy to coordinate rides to and from the beach.
• Joshua’s Pond- located in Osterville, also requires a beach pass to park. If you like, you can park in the Wimpy’s lot and walk up the hill to Joshua’s. Very clean, beautiful pond with bathrooms. Please let us know if you would like a ride
• Craigville Beach- Located right near Four Seas Ice Cream in Centerville, MA, Craigville is a pay-to-park beach and there is no beach pass required.
HYANNIS
Hyannis is the busiest part of Barnstable and just a 10-15 minute drive from your home in Osterville. Main Street Hyannis is a very fun strip full of shops, restaurants, bars, and ice cream. The waterfront in Hyannis also offers dozens of restaurants with excellent views:
