4 Bedroom, pet friendly home capable of sleeping 12, conveniently located in one of Chattanooga's hottest neighborhoods! Only 2.5 miles from downtown and the Tennessee Aquarium, 2 miles from the Chattanooga Choo Choo and Song Birds as well as the great restaurants and night life of Main Street. Fenced front and back yard is great for pets. Across the street from Tatum Park and around the block from Blue Cross Healthy Places Playground (great for kids). 7 miles from Rock City and Lookout Mountain.
The house is perfect for families, friend groups, bridal parties, etc. There is plenty of space to hang out in the open floorpan as the kitchen and living room are open to each other. There is a library with a cozy gas fireplace that can be closed off with French doors. Large 65 inch TV in the living room that is perfect for watching the game. The master bedroom has a King Bed with an en-suite bathroom with two vanities and a huge shower with 2 shower heads. The other bedroom downstairs has a King bed and is right next to the second full size bathroom. Upstairs there is a 3rd full bath and another large bedroom that has 2 Queen Beds. The 4th bedroom has two twin beds. There is an additional sitting area upstairs with a TV and a futon capable of sleeping two kids. For those who are counting: 2 King, 2 Queen, 1 Full (futon) and 2 Twin beds.
There is dedicated parking behind the house and plenty of additional parking on street. Rocking chairs and swing on front porch and patio set in the backyard are perfect for hanging out in the spring, summer and fall.
For the active: You are less than 7 miles from trailheads to over 50 miles of single track, there is also a great running loop right outside the front door that goes through downtown and crosses the river twice. Or just enjoy taking a walk through the historic neighborhood.
