A modern oasis in the city. This spacious 2 beds/2.5 bath townhome is equipped with everything you need for your Salt Lake City visit. World Class ski resorts are just 30-45 minutes away along with endless backcountry terrain. Hiking and mountain biking are even closer, with trailheads in the foothills only minutes from our home. You`ll find plenty to do regardless of the season. For all the foodies out there, there are award-winning restaurants and breweries just blocks away from our home.
Built in 2020, this 3 story modern townhouse has a 2 car garage and front door entry on the ground level, the second floor includes a half bath, full kitchen, dining and living area. The third level has 2 bedrooms, each with a private bath, washer and dryer, and a workspace with display monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse. All the router jacks are live and you can connect your Ethernet cables for even faster conncection.
The garage has a 220V electrical vehicle outlet. Please note we have the outlet but not the charging machine currently. The garage also has a ski rack if needed for your trip!

You have access to the entire townhome. You have your own two car garage and fenced in entry area from the West. There is free street parking in front of the complex and on the side if needed too.
Heat tends to rise in the townhome so we recommend keeping the thermostat at a lower level.
This townhome is located in a complex of 10 other townhomes. With them being newly built, they are well insulated and noise doesn`t travel easily but from time to time you may hear someone in another unit if they are being very loud. The neighbors decks are also very close to if someone if outside on the deck you may hear them slightly through the patio door. Again, it is still very well insulated and very quiet just making sure you`re aware this is a new complex.!
The ballpark is a trendy area located near Liberty Park and Downtown SLC.
It has started to establish itself as having its own little downtown area with all the nearby restaurants and breweries.
We are located in a complex with about 10 different townhomes but even with this being in a popular busy area, it`s still quite peaceful inside the townhome.
The Ballpark Trax Stop is about 3 blocks away (a 10-minute walk).
There are multiple bus stops all within walking distance.
Uber and Lyft are readily available in SLC
PET RULES:
We allow (2) dogs ! Cats are not allowed. You must agree to: $25/night per pet fee, added to booking total (Please inquire about the pet fees for longer stays). Please also agree to a Zero impact pet policy (meaning there will be no sign a pet was onsite upon departure, you don’t allow pets in furniture or on rugs, housekeeper has no extra work as a result of a pet being there). You accept full liability for your pets. Please keep the pets out of the bedrooms.
Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare, but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
1) LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING. NO EXCEPTIONS.
2) Occupancy limits: We do not allow more than 5 guests in or on the property at any time, this is a hard rule the violation of which will result in the removal of all guests from the property immediately without refund. You may be charged for any guest who arrives with you at the extra guest rate on our listing regardless if they stay overnight as well so please let us know if you will be having any other guests so we can send an alteration request or request for an additional guest fee. Just because it can sleep 5 doesn’t mean that all 5 are included in the base rate. There may be extra guest fees after X # of guests and they will be required to be added officially
3) This is a self-check-in property: You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are being provided by Airbnb through the house manual or check-in guide. You are aware that we have outside security cameras to monitor guest count and also for the safety and protection of our property. You can find our house manual and check-in guide here on the Airbnb platform on our listing. You also agree that you will not contact your Airbnb host BEFORE reading the house manual and the entire listing.
4) Fees: There is a $200 per day fee for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking on the property. There is a $50 LATE CHECKOUT FEE if you are there longer than you have been authorized. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking the rules set forth.
5) Retaliation Clause: You agree that you are booking in goodwill with your host/co-host and that you will not attempt to damage your hosts business because you are unhappy with a ruling by Airbnb or the host in the event that you experience anything that you perceive is dissatisfying during your stay or if a resolution is not decided in your favor. You also agree to cover all legal fees in the event that a court proceeding is needed.
6) Quiet Hours are from 10 PM-8 AM.
7) By Booking a reservation you are hereby waiving all rights to pursue legal action against the owner or host for any injury or harm occurring during your stay, You understand and agree to accept liability in full.
8) You agree to clean up after yourselves and that our cleaning fee is not for heavy cleaning. You need to do your own dishes after use.

The host retains the right to charge for lost dates you have removed with an alteration of at least a partial amount to the discretion of the host.
