Our home boasts an AMAZING game room, complete with a poker table, darts, cards, foosball, board games, and puzzles for endless entertainment. After a day exploring Music City, unwind in one of our luxurious 'high quality' king beds for a great night's sleep. NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION:
This large 3-story end unit townhouse sits in hip East Nashville, 5 miles from Broadway. While you have a quick drive to downtown, East Nashville is home to its own lively dive bars, restaurants, and lounges. Many locals have started the move to the east side; it's the place to be! Rest easy in the relaxing residential neighborhood, then go out and explore the surrounding parks and markets. Great nearby bars and restaurants are The Authentique Wine Bar (6 mins), Martha My Dear (6 mins), Grillshack Fries and Burgers (1 min), and Noko Nashville (3 mins)!
Downtown - 15 mins
Airport - 20 mins
Nissan Stadium - 11 mins
Titans Stadium - 10 mins
Shelby Park/golf course - 5 mins
THE SPACE:
This large 3-story townhome has lots of space for up to 7 guests (or 8 if two people don't mind sleeping on the twin pull-out trundle).
All bedrooms include:
-Walk-in closets
-Full-length mirrors
-Noise machines and disposable earplugs
-Attached bathrooms
-Hair dryers
-Makeup towels and Korean face masks
The two guest rooms have queen beds and the master has a very high-quality king bed, with a rolling trundle bed as an option for more guests.
The first floor:
-Fully converted man/woman cave garage. Our garage-turned game room is complete with a foosball table, darts, poker chips, playing cards, twister, Uno, puzzles, and other family games. There is also an air conditioner installed for the summer months.
-First guest bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and black-out shades
The 2nd floor:
-Open-concept living room, dining room, bar area, and dedicated workspace.
-Smart TV with Netflix included
-Tons of natural light pouring in to brighten up this whole floor (and the whole house)!
-Off of the kitchen, you'll also find a balcony with a table and chairs perfect for your morning cup of coffee.
The 3rd floor:
-Master bedroom. Complete with an AMAZING king-sized memory foam mattress that will make you want to lay in bed all day.
-The large walk-in closet holds a twin-size rolling trundle bed to sleep more guests.
-The master bathroom has a double vanity sink and a giant 6ft long shower.
-Second guest bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and black-out shades.
-Fully stocked laundry room, (iron and ironing board included).
**Please note, nearby there is a train that runs sporadically. For your convenience, each room comes with disposable earplugs and noise machines to ensure your comfort.

- No alcohol under 21
- No smoking of any kind is allowed! If smoke (of any kind) is smelled or detected after your departure there will be a $150 charge
