The Layout:
This cozy one level home is complete with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main entrance opens into the living room which flows into a large, open kitchen area. A hallway leads to the full guest bathroom and across the hall there are two guest bedrooms of similar size, each with a queen bed. The primary bedroom is at the end of the hall and is complete with a king bed and en suite bathroom with a double vanity. Located to the rear of the home is beautiful back deck with a stunning magnolia tree on display in the center of it. This will surely be one of your favorite places to enjoy while staying in this charming rental.

You'll love this home's convenience to all of the amazing restaurants nearby! Just 5-7 minutes from local East Nashville favorites like Five Points, Lockeland Table, Margot Cafe, Mas Tacos, and Two Ten Jack just to name a few. On top of all that, Downtown and surrounding popular Nashville hotspots are just a quick 10-15 car ride away!
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
